The WITTS Wellness Weekend was created for women who spend their lives showing up for everyone else—clients, colleagues, families—and rarely get the space to turn that same level of care inward.
This weekend is about stepping out of the constant demands of litigation and into something quieter, more intentional, and deeply restorative. No packed agendas. No pressure to perform. No expectation to do it all.
Just space to reset, reconnect, and feel like yourself again.
What this weekend is (and what it's not)
This is not a CLE-driven event. There are no legal panels, no note-taking, and no expectation that you are “on.”
Instead, we’ve curated a thoughtful lineup of sessions focused on the areas we often neglect most:

The Experience
Each day is intentionally balanced. Mornings offer optional sessions and programming designed to support your physical and mental well-being. We listened to your feedback from last year: we added an extra day so that afternoons will be left open for you to enjoy the property, connect with other attendees, or simply rest.
There is no “forced march” schedule. If you want to attend everything, you can.
If you want to skip a session and sit by the pool, you should.
This weekend meets you exactly where you are.
