With over 14 years of clinical experience, she has dedicated her practice to empowering women through education, evidence-based treatment, and advocacy during the menopausal transition and beyond. She is a passionate educator and speaker, committed to dismantling the stigma around menopause and improving access to quality care. She was a prior engineer before graduating from Texas A&M College of Medicine and did her residency in Denver, CO. Her hobbies including DIYing, cooking, and corralling her children.
