Depending on the size of the trip, the WITTS Small Group Trips will have either one or two sponsors (1 for up to 15 people and 2 for groups of more than 15). For the smaller groups, the sponsor gets complete exclusivity and no other sponsors are allowed. For larger groups requiring more than one sponsor, that will be determined on a case-by-case basis, but of course no two sponsors from the same industry would be allowed. The price of the sponsorship varies depending on the length, size and overall cost of the trip.

What's Included?

Here's what you can expect to be included in your WITTS Small Group Trip sponsorship:

​

• Exclusivity with respect to other sponsors or vendors. No other sponsors will be allowed for groups under 15 and no non-attorney vendors will be allowed to attend the trip, except after the okay of the hosting sponsor.

• All swag items given to attendees will include the WITTS logo and the sponsor's logo

• All printed materials will have the sponsor's logo

• Digital marketing (social media and emails)

• The sponsor's logo on the event web page

• Option to speak during the MCLE presentations

The price of the sponsorship varies depending on the length, size and overall cost of the trip. Sponsorship costs for WITTS Small Group trips range between $6,000 and $10,000, plus the cost of the trip for any individuals who wish to attend.
