*Ads will be printed in full color in an 8.5" x 11" vertical program booklet. Ad dimensions are as follows: full page ad is 7.875" x 10.5" (vertical), half page ad is 7" x 4.75" (horizontal), quarter page ad is 3.375" x 4.75". Ads must be received no later than February 15, 2025.
**Note: swag cost and procurement is at the expense of the sponsor. Sponsor is responsible for transporting their own additional swag (not that which is included in a paid sponsorship) to Mexico. All items must be transported by air with the sponsor attendee or shipped using a customs broker. Our preferred customs broker is Paola Mier of CICSA Logistics. Their email is paola.mier@cicsalogistics.com. If sponsor wishes to add additional swag items to the attendee bags, the swag must be received by a WITTS team member no later than 2:00 pm on Wednesday, April 3rd. If you choose to ship your swag items to Mexico, you will need a customs broker.
