Inside WITTS Wellness Weekend 2026: The Room That Remembers You

You know the exact feeling of scanning a crowded ballroom for one particular face. At the Wellness Weekend, that scan doesn't take long, because the faces you're looking for tend to find you first.

One night stands out.. the third night where the photo booth line had a mood of its own. Tiaras came out. Somebody popped champagne like she'd just won a verdict. Nobody was managing how they looked in a single one of those pictures, and that's the tell. You only stop caring how you look around people who've already seen you at your worst and stuck around anyway!

That's the part people forget to put on the conference brochure. Nobody asked to be funny in that photo booth. It just happened, the way it happens with people who've known each other long enough to stop performing for one another.

The day before, the room had been serious in a different way, sitting through Dr. Jeff Gross on stem cells and longevity, taking real notes on their own bodies for once instead of somebody else's case file. Some of those same women went straight from that ballroom to a breathwork session down the hall, lay on the floor for ninety minutes, and let somebody else do the steadying. A few sat with coloring books and conversation cards instead, which sounds like a small thing until you're the one doing it.

Then DJ Richi took over, and the room did what it always does once the music starts. Nobody was checking who danced well. A few of the women who'd been at that stem cell lecture that morning were the same ones still on the floor at midnight, sunglasses crooked, laughing at something nobody else would find remotely funny.

Someone even did the worm! When was the last time you saw that???

Some of these women only see each other at the courthouse or at a conference on the calendar. The Wellness Weekend lets everyone drop the mask and get to know each other. One year later, and they still remember the name of somebody's kid, the outcome of a case they'd been rooting for, the thing that was going on at home the last time they talked. WITTS built a room where all of that gets to exist at once, the work and the actual life underneath it, without one crowding out the other.

That's what people are already looking forward to next September. The sessions are great, but it's how you feel when you leave The Ritz-Carlton, that truly gets you.

See you next year?
