Third tier event visibility. This sponsor gets to be the host of the very first event, which takes place on Friday evening when all the attendees arrive. The Welcome Reception will take place at a beautiful outdoor venue (weather permitting) and will include hosted appetizers and drinks. This sponsorship also includes:

o Full page ad in event program*
o Company logo on display at the Welcome Reception, appearing on signs and flower cards
o Company logo on event flyers and emails (second in size)
o Option to set up a booth outside the meeting rooms each day, giving the sponsor the opportunity to interact with conference attendees each morning
o 4 attendees from the sponsor’s company or firm may attend the hosted events ($1,180 value)
