Rachel McCrocklin serves as Chief Trust Officer at Eastern Point Trust Company (EPTC), where she leads one
of the nation’s most advanced settlement trust platforms. Under her leadership, EPTC has administered more
Qualified Settlement Funds (QSFs) than any other institution in the country and provides cutting-edge, taxadvantaged solutions for attorneys, claimants, and settlement professionals in both litigated and non-litigated
matters.
An industry authority on trust-based settlement planning, Rachel regularly speaks on strategies to maximize
