MyKhanh Shelton
MyKhanh Shelton is an employment mediator with ADR Services, Inc. who brings a rare combination of experience to workplace disputes: high-stakes litigation, Fortune 500 executive leadership, and enterprise-level diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy. Across California, she mediates complex employment matters and is known for her ability to navigate both the legal and human dimensions of difficult cases.
MyKhanh began her career at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP and spent more than a decade at Twentieth Century Fox and Warner Bros. Discovery, where she served as Senior Vice President of Employment Law and Senior Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. In those roles, she worked closely with executives, HR leaders, and counsel to navigate high-stakes employment disputes and gained a nuanced understanding of how evolving workplace dynamics, culture, and employee expectations shape both conflict and resolution.
Today, MyKhanh focuses her mediation practice on employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower claims, and executive-level disputes. She is known for her preparation, practical approach, and ability to create a process in which parties feel heard while working toward resolution.
Born in Saigon and raised in the United States as the daughter of Vietnamese refugees, MyKhanh brings a personal understanding of navigating different perspectives and building trust across differences. She is also the proud mother of two daughters, who continue to shape how she thinks about leadership and the evolving workplace.
Outside of her work, MyKhanh enjoys yoga, flower arranging, and hosting dinner parties for family and friends. She received her J.D. from UC Berkeley Law School and her B.A. from UCLA.
