Allison Melendez

Allison Melendez is a personal injury, employment, and mass torts attorney whose practice focuses on litigating and trying cases to verdict. In 2023, she obtained a 3.1-million-dollar verdict for her client, a pedestrian struck by a bus. This trial solidified her passion for advocacy and fighting on behalf of her clients. Allison is skilled in taking depositions, working closely with clients, and effectively communicating their stories.

One of Allison’s strengths is cultivating a good working relationship with opposing counsel. Having started her career as a defense attorney, she learned that relationships are key to resolving cases. Allison is a strong believer in alternate dispute resolution, which is evident in her having obtained millions in settlements at mediation for numerous clients involved in various types of cases.

Allison grew up in Southern California and has remained a South Bay local throughout her legal career. She is the first person in her family to graduate from college, obtaining her B.A. in Communication Studies from California State University Long Beach, Cum Laude before going to earn her J.D. from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law. During law school, she was an active member of the Moot Court Team and placed among the top four teams in a national competition.

In her free time, Allison enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two daughters.
