Cara Eckerman
Cara Eckerman, also known as Coach Cara, is a strength coach, fitness studio owner, and certified menopause coaching specialist who has dedicated nearly two decades of her life to helping thousands of women improve their health, build strength, and care for themselves in a way that is sustainable and fits into real life.
As the co-owner of The Fit Collective, a family-owned training studio with locations in Brea and Chino Hills, Cara works closely with women navigating demanding careers, full schedules, family responsibilities, and the many changes that can come with perimenopause and menopause.
Her passion is helping women better understand how nutrition, strength training, and everyday lifestyle habits influence the way they feel, especially during seasons when energy, stress, hormones, and recovery begin to change.
Known for her caring, honest, and relatable approach, Cara makes health and fitness feel less overwhelming by breaking down the science into practical, realistic strategies women can actually use. She helps cut through the noise so women can focus on the habits that have the greatest impact on their health, strength, and overall well-being.
As a woman, business owner, and someone experiencing perimenopause herself, Cara understands that taking care of yourself isn’t always easy. She is passionate about educating, empowering, and giving women hope that they can feel better, get stronger, and continue showing up for the people and priorities that matter most to them.
