Mary Caruso is a Senior Trial Attorney with Beverly Hills Injury Firm practicing civil litigation in the areas of personal injury, including catastrophic injuries, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, elder abuse, sexual abuse, and employment law. Mary transitioned from the corporate world, after years in human resource management, into the legal community, having observed years of abuse of wrongfully terminated and injured workers. Ms. Caruso was a “whistleblower” before laws were enacted to protect employees.
Mary Caruso returned to school and received her Paralegal Certification from UCLA in 2000. She then began her second career as a Plaintiff’s personal injury paralegal bringing with her a vast array of information, knowledge, and skills. While working full time, Mary began attending law school evenings and weekends and graduated Cum Laude from Abraham Lincoln School of Law at 59 years of age. Mary has been strongly advocating on behalf of Plaintiffs for more than 20 years - first as paralegal, then as an attorney. Ms. Caruso was named a Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. Mary has obtained settlements and verdicts in excess of $85 million for her clients; and has prepped for 100s of trials over her career.
