Sheila LaCivita is the founder/CEO of 4 CORNERS Deposition Summaries, and four other companies in different fields ranging from software to ecommerce. Her entrepreneurial journey began with a paralegal business in her twenties and holds a paralegal certificate with distinction from UCLA Paralegal. She has extensive sales experience and was certified by Meg Whitman as a Power Seller in her early years before founding 4 CORNERS Deposition Summaries; at the same time working as lead trial paralegal and managing law firms where she would hire and train employees. She also holds a certification by Cornell University in Executive Presence.
Sheila is a motivational speaker that has spoken on numerous stages, webinars, and podcasts. She has been featured in articles in both entrepreneurial, legal and tech industries. She has a two-time recognition from Marquis Who’s Who in America in 2024 for a lifetime of Professionalism and Entrepreneurship, as well as in 2025 for “Women of Influence.”
Now, currently semi-retired and teaching her 25+ years of knowledge and wisdom as a business coach. Being a survivor herself, she gives back to the community by helping abused and battered women. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, hosting, gardening, playing the piano, church, world travel; and last but not least, hanging with her two best friends: Her husband Russ and her dog Teddy.
