Neyleen Ortiz-Beljajev
Neyleen S. Ortiz-Beljajev, founder of Beljajev Law Group, PC., has devoted her career to seeking justice and advocating for those who have been harmed by the negligent, reckless, or intentional acts of others. Neyleen is passionate about fighting for those who have suffered sexual abuse and obtaining just results for those who have suffered catastrophic injury.
Creating a personal relationship with her clients, including spending time getting to know her clients’ family passions, is a core value of Neyleen's legal philosophy. She strives to provide hope to those who are overwhelmed by their injuries and intimidated by the legal process.
Not only is Neyleen dedicated to advocating on behalf of her clients, she also passionately supports her community and other women lawyers through active roles in mentorship and involvement in her local community. Neyleen is a current member of the Los Angeles Trial Lawyers Charity Board of Directors and has proudly served as President of the Long Beach Bar Association, Board Member with the State Bar of California’s Young Lawyers Division, Chairperson for the American Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division’s Women in the Profession Committee, and District Representative for the American Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division.
The weight of trying challenging cases and remaining present with a busy home and family has never felt as taxing to working mamas as during the pandemic. Embracing each of those roles has solidified Neyleen’s credence that women are resilient and powerful. She is a mother to three energetic young boys and a wife to her husband of nearly fifteen years. She loves an active lifestyle and rides her bike to work most days. When she is not working, you can find her at the baseball field or adventuring with her boys.
