Aslin Tutuyan

Aslin Tutuyan is a Partner at Mandell Trial Lawyers, where she has been a passionate advocate for the injured since 2008. With more than 15 years of experience in the personal injury arena, Aslin has both trial and arbitration experience, as well as extensive experience settling cases through mediation. She focuses her practice primarily on auto and bicycle accidents, medical malpractice claims and premises liability cases.

Upon graduating from USC, Aslin attended Southwestern University School of Law, where she was a member of the prestigious Moot Court Honors Program. She qualified as an Outstanding Oralist after competing in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Competition in Lubbock, Texas. She trained at the Civil Liability and Consumer Protection divisions of the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office and the Preliminary Hearings division of the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. Upon graduation from law school, Aslin joined a firm specializing in medical malpractice defense. After practicing on the defense side for 2 years, Aslin was certain she wanted to be on the other side, representing the injured and fighting for those who can’t fight alone. Aslin prides herself on representing her clients with passion and integrity, holding her clients’ hands through some of their darkest days. Her colleagues call her “tiger girl” and her clients call her their friend. She loves nothing more than standing up for the "little guy" and making sure their voices are heard, both in and out of the courtroom.

Aslin is committed to her community and is a dedicated member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), and the Armenian Bar Association. She also serves as the chair of the Alumni Committee at her alma mater and enjoys mentoring young future lawyers.

Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, Ms. Tutuyan is multilingual, speaking English, Armenian, and Turkish. Her greatest and most proud accomplishment is being Mommy to her two children. Outside of the courtroom, you will find Ms. Tutuyan in a gym, on a running track or teaching indoor cycling classes. She is a loyal "Pelotoner" and loves riding with her fellow Law Mamas. Aslin has recently also become a fur mommy to Teddy, who she describes as the littlest love of her life.
