Amy is a partner at Regan Zambri Long, representing families in catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, auto/trucking collisions, and consumer safety litigation. Her settlements and verdicts in the last six years exceed $40 million total. Amy is a frequent speaker on topics including juror attitudes post-COVID, overcoming unconscious bias and noise in litigation, jury trial strategy, clear communication with juries, business development and public speaking. Amy co-led a nine month research study on jury trials post-COVID for the Virginia Trial LawyersAssociation in 2020-2021. Amy is uniquely suited to foresee and meet the needs of her clients as she has previously worked as a defense attorney and had a close family member involved in a medical malpractice lawsuit.
